Web Analytics

The Analytics Manager will be responsible for driving and improving the analytics programs and processes for the company, working closely with the eCommerce and Marketing teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Define our analytics strategy from data collection to report generation

Product Manager

The Product Manager will be responsible for the developing products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Identify opportunities, build product vision and understand market needs, roadmap and strategy
  • Determine customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
  • Provide product and solution advice and guidance
  • Work with technology team to produce world-class products driven by technology visionaries, domain experts, and customers
  • Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product
  • Take a leadership role as the expert with respect to product delivery and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or technical discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented, agile environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.

UX Director

The Director of User Experience will develop a deep understanding of client business needs and continuously advocating for a better user experience and presenting ideas that captivate and excite clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Articulate a vision and lead direction of experience design for accounts and projects that's informed by business needs and strategy
  • Direct experience formulating strategic approaches to solving client communications and marketing challenges
  • Define the vision and strategy for user experience design for our rapidly growing business
  • Lead great end-to-end UX and product development process – research, brainstorming, iterative design, test, and refine
  • Lead design projects of significant scope, complexity and responsibility in creative vision, strategy and execution
  • Understand and balance customer, business, and shareholders needs and cross-functional partnership, collaboration and decision making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related field of study
  • 5-7 years of experience working as UI/UX Architect or Visual Designer
  • Solid understanding of the latest mobile/web technologies, cross browser, and platform issues
  • Strong interaction design, visual design, prototyping skills, and the ability to help shape product strategy
  • Working knowledge of HTML/HTML 5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript; client-side scripting languages such as JSON, REST, jQuery a plus
  • Strong understanding of emerging trends in marketing and technology

Archive Digitiser

The Archive Digitiser will assist in the digitisation of motorsport photographic archive. This opportunity is offered on a fixed term contract for 12 months based in our office in Feltham, UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Scanning negatives and slides using a digital SLR camera and processing scans using digital imaging software
  • Handling and scanning photographic negatives and slides
  • Processing camera RAW files in Photoshop
  • Re-naming and checking scanning images files
  • Maintain a consistent rate of scanning and image processing

Requirements:

  • Basic Photoshop skills preferred but not essential (All necessary training will be provided)
  • Interest in motor racing and/or photography required

Editor

The editor performs variety of editorial duties, such as laying out, indexing, and revising content of written materials, in preparation for final publication.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate online or print publishing cycle and manage content areas
  • Set publication standards and establish goals and expectations
  • Suggest stories and generate headline ideas in alignment with targeted audience’s preferences
  • Oversee layout (artwork, design, photography) and check content for accuracy and errors
  • Proofread, edit and improve stories or pieces
  • Recruit and manage writers and reporters
  • Cooperate and liaise with designers, photographers, advertising reps, writers, artists etc
  • Comply with media law and ethical guidelines
  • Meet deadlines and budget requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as an editor in motorsport field
  • Strong writing/editing/proofreading skills and an excellent portfolio
  • Hands on experience with MS Office and InDesign, Photoshop or other publishing tools
  • Excellent written skills in English
  • An eye for detail along with critical thinking
  • Prioritizing and multitasking
  • BS degree in Journalism or in related field
