Vice President of Digital Sales

This role is responsible for development, focus, and momentum of digital media sales efforts and revenue generation. Works in partnership with sales to identify clients’ digital marketing needs and integrate them into a sales solution.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage national sales teams and digital sales support personnel
  • Identify key client, industry, vertical and agency relationships that will optimize the brand and revenue
  • Mentor, train and improve the work process and efficacy of sales personnel
  • Creatively develop and sell programs to online advertisers

  • A solid understanding of account planning/strategic planning in an advertising agency or digital media property

SEO Specialist

The SEO Specialist is responsible for improving the company’s organic search results. SEO creates and launches SEO campaigns, identifies areas of improvement, runs PPC campaigns, and attempts to improve the sites’ rankings in major search engines.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze client sites for areas that need to be improved, deleted, or revised
  • Prepare detailed strategy reports
  • Identify the least expensive but most powerful and profitable keywords for client sites
  • Run pay-per-click campaigns
  • Improve company's organic search results
  • Write effective headlines, body copy, and websites
  • Ensure websites are filled with optimal keywords

Accountant

The accountant’s key role is to ensure the integrity of accounting information by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports, bank reconciliations, journal entries, AP, A/R, & fixed assets.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and monthly accruals
  • Responsible for accurate and timely month-end close activities including, revenue recognition, journal entries, reconciliations and variance analysis
  • Prepares and examines accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports to ensure appropriate accounting control procedures
  • Analyzes and prepares selected monthly, quarterly and year-end financial schedules
  • Develops and analyzes reporting for business operations and budgets
  • Examines a variety of financial statements and documents for completeness, accuracy, and conformity to accounting principles/requirements
  • Maintains fixed asset and depreciation schedules and all related documentation
  • Prepares audit schedules and assists as needed with the audit inquiries

Requirements:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand on-site visitor behavior and experiences, collect data and prepare repots

The editor performs variety of editorial duties, such as laying out, indexing, and revising content of written materials, in preparation for final publication.

Responsibilities:

The Social Media Editor is responsible for overseeing social media strategy and execution across our editorial properties. This role coordinates with editorial, marketing, and management to support publication initiatives. The position primarily is responsible for editorial and organic social media to increase awareness and readership of the brand, as well as foster engagement on social platforms.

Audience Development Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Build, monitor, and distribute weekly traffic reports to key stakeholders.
  • Review error reports from diagnostic tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Pingdom and GTMetrix. Identify specific site issues and report details to appropriate team for fixing.
  • Test all SEO related site updates made to increase traffic and engagement in QA and post-production environments.
  • Fix basic HTML issues such as broken links, text formatting, embedding videos, etc.
  • Analyze competitors for content and backlink opportunities.
