Vice President of Digital Sales

This role is responsible for development, focus, and momentum of digital media sales efforts and revenue generation. Works in partnership with sales to identify clients’ digital marketing needs and integrate them into a sales solution.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage national sales teams and digital sales support personnel
  • Identify key client, industry, vertical and agency relationships that will optimize the brand and revenue
  • Mentor, train and improve the work process and efficacy of sales personnel

Accountant

The accountant’s key role is to ensure the integrity of accounting information by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports, bank reconciliations, journal entries, AP, A/R, & fixed assets.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and monthly accruals
  • Responsible for accurate and timely month-end close activities including, revenue recognition, journal entries, reconciliations and variance analysis
  • Prepares and examines accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports to ensure appropriate accounting control procedures
  • Analyzes and prepares selected monthly, quarterly and year-end financial schedules
  • Develops and analyzes reporting for business operations and budgets

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Global Business to Business (B2B) Marketing Manager will be a critical addition within the Global Marketing Team. You will be responsible for helping the company rapidly grow its direct and programmatic revenue by developing a compelling positioning of Motorsport Network and its different business areas for our sales audience, new and innovative sales growth marketing plans, direct marketing lead generation activity, sales collateral, as well as seeking out other marketing opportunities for our sales team to reach their audiences.


This individual will be responsible for the creation of all materials needed by the sales teams to promote our products and demonstrate their value to clients. They will manage this across multiple properties and countries, working closely with the Sales and Operations teams to meet their needs.


The ideal candidate has a very strong B2B marketing background, preferably from the media industry. They will be an ambitious, data-driven, innovative and creative B2B marketing person.


This person is a solutions-oriented problem-solver who is eager to roll up their sleeves to get to the right answer or resolve an issue and is focused on performance driven outcomes for our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Brand & Communications Team, develop a compelling B2B positioning in the marketplace for Motorsport Network, its businesses and sales offerings
  • Working with the Creative Services Team, create compelling data-driven client-facing stories within sales decks and other collateral that brings to life the positioning and sales product offerings for clients.
  • Create and execute a marketing strategy and plans to support our sales business, with a focus on strategic geographic and segment markets.
  • Lead on the planning and execution of global client-facing marketing campaigns that generate fruitful leads.
  • Working closely with the Sales Enablement Leadership Team, help to develop new and innovative product offerings that we can sell to clients.
  • Working closely with the Digital and Social Media Marketing Teams, develop ROI-positive sales products.
  • Conceive of, plan and execute client-facing commercial events - entertainment opportunities, discussions, research briefings - that contribute to our strategic pillars and add value to clients and/or prospects.
  • Deeply understand Motorsport Network’s audiences to inform the B2B marketing strategy and our positioning with clients.
  • Manage our Client Hub, where clients access company information and files.
  • Analyze clients’ marketing performance data and extract valuable insights from the data to feed into client proposals and materials.
  • Represent the needs of the B2B Marketing Team in the development of the CRM platform and tools/tech.
  • Manage and forecast allocated budgets, delivering campaigns within agreed timescales and expenditure limits.
  • Work with our Communications Team to ensure a regular flow of stories from the sales enablement team makes it into trade media.
  • Work with a cross functional leadership in sales, product, tech, finance and marketing.

Successful candidates have:

  • Educated to degree-level.
  • 5+ years’ experience of B2B marketing, ideally at a media company, with deep expertise in digital media forms.
  • Experience in conceiving and delivering cross-channel B2B lead-gen marketing campaigns.

The Social Media Community Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing the community of fans across our gaming properties . This role coordinates with editorial, marketing, and management to deliver the 704 games community strategy. The position primarily is responsible for organic social media efforts to increase awareness and foster engagement on social platforms, as well as collaborating with partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the objectives and the community strategy for 704Games titles
  • Collaboration with the wider social media team across all the verticals of the business

  • Establish the community advocacy and engagement process

Motorsport Network is seeking an experienced paid social manager to join our team in Miami, FL. The right candidate will support a range of social media campaigns and integrated accounts and should have two to four years of experience working with Facebook advertising and other social media platforms, with preference shown to candidates who have worked in an agency setting.


Objective:

The Paid Social Media Manager is accountable for building paid social strategies and programs focused on meeting overall business goals. They are responsible for guiding sound paid social strategies across platforms, activating and optimizing paid social, and working closely with the digital media teams to plan and advise on best in class executions. The Paid Social Media Manager is responsible for making recommendations on targeting, reporting, and KPI tracking and for defining overall media goals across all social platforms.
